On 22 May 2013, our school will be planting/caring for the nutmeg, cinnamon, kedondong and belimbing trees to celebrate Green Wave 2013, a global campaign to educate youth about nature and biodiversity.
This year, the event takes on a special meaning as 2013 marks 50 years of greening Singapore. National Parks Board (NParks) has lined up many exciting activities suitable for everyone, such as ‘Playsets of Yesteryears’ and ‘1963 Commemorative Tree Planting’.
